› Surfing the Covid Rollercoaster: Story Sharing for Rejuvenation

Location: Online - Open in Google Maps -

Community Music Victoria is offering a series of facilitated gatherings for the wellbeing of community music group and singing leaders.

How are you coping with the ups and downs of COVID uncertainty, the time-sink of extra planning, the stress of watching your plans go down the drain when an outbreak flares up, the grief of the loss of your art, and lack of bodily connection with your community?

If you are feeling the need for some heart connection, seeing your colleagues and a boost for 2021, these sessions are for you.

Come and be given the space and time to share your story of your experiences as a community music leader during 2020; find nourishment and acknowledgment by reflecting, listening and sharing with others.
