    › Sing your heart out, play the Ukulele and feel good! Two Workshops

    Following on from the success of Surrey Hills Neighborhood Centre's "Sing Your Heart Out" (SYHO) workshop 1 (pre-lockdown) and Workshop 2 (post lockdown); we now look forward to bursting forth in song & Ukulele for our 2022 Sing Your Heart Out

    Workshop #1 , Sat 26 Mar, 2 - 4 pm, and
    Workshop #2 Sat 11 June 2 - 4 pm.

    We'll be playing & singing new & different Songs in each workshop, with a 3 part format in each workshop: i.e. Part a) 2 chord Songs; part b) 3 chord Songs, part c) 4 chords and beyond.

    The Tutor is Des Mahoney, a CMVic member who leads Ukulele Groups for Community Houses in Eastern Melbourne. Des has been awarded a "Feelgood Award" from Whitehorse Business Group for "surviving Covid-19 and supporting the Community during these difficult times". Des has led the combined ukulele players' group "The UkeAlohas" at the recent 2022 Melbourne Ukulele Festival, and is also a Tour Leader & Tutor for Ukulele Cruise Australia (when there's no Covid restrictions!).
