› Music Software Workshop #7: Garageband, Bandlab, Soundtrap

Following last year's popular workshop on Audacity, we return to the wonderful world of free Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs) - which aim to put the power of a recording studio at your fingertips. 

Join Craig Barrie and special guests to learn more about how to make quality teaching tracks and collaborative recordings as a community music leader. We'll start with an introduction to our most requested topic – Garageband – with tips for setting up a project and a demonstration of some easy-to-use features to sweeten your recordings. We'll then turn to popular, free, cloud-based DAWs Bandlab and Soundtrap. These cloud-based DAWs are available for all popular devices and platforms and are very useful for collaborative projects involving your choir/band members.
