In the spirit of play and co-creation I invite you to 'explore the spaces between life and music' and to 'cultivate vitality through improvised singing' with me.
I have been exploring and enjoying the enlivenment of body-voice-music improvisation since I was a little girl (approximately 34 years), and for the last 14 years I have been facilitating The Musical Body and continuing to investigate, co-create, co-inquire and develop this work/play/process.

How do we explore and express emergent improvisational music when we connect to our heart organ? What is the relationship between your heart and your voice? What is the relationship between your heart and your voice?
How does your heart organ play? What are the songs of your heart? How do we tune in with our heart? What is your heart's music? In this series, there will be an opportunity to connect to your experience of the heart organ, and its relationship to life and emergent improvisational music and singing.

How do we explore and express emergent improvisational music when we connect to our lungs and digestive system? What is the relationship between your lungs and intestines and your voice?
How do your lungs and digestive organs play? What are the songs that emerge in relationship to your lungs, nose, skin and large intestine? What music emerges if we explore the rooting reflex and voice? How is our skin related to the musicality of our life?

How do we explore and express emergent improvisational music when we connect to kidneys, ears and skeleton? What is the relationship between your kidneys and skeleton and your voice?
How do our kidneys affect our listening and music? What music emerges when we engage with our ears? What is the Music of the kidneys, bladder, bones and ears? What are the songs of our skeleton?
